This sangha unfolds as a three-month journey into dream relationship, awareness, and community. Energy Exchange is $30 for a single session, $75 for all three.

Each session includes:

• A short teaching or historical context

• Small group dream circles

• Communal sharing and witnessing

• A new dream technique to practice between sessions

• Setting a dream intention (i.e. Dream Incubation), techniques for enhancing dream recall, dream interpretation and lucid dreaming.

Month 1, March 18th — Exploring Dream Symbols

We’ll work with dream images as living expressions rather than fixed meanings, deepening your ability to stay present with what your dreams are showing you.

Month 2, April 15th — Dream Incubation

You’ll learn how to invite dreams around a question or theme through simple, time-honored practices. This month emphasizes dialogue, intention, and receptivity.

Month 3, May 20th— Lucidity & Integration

We’ll explore gentle approaches to lucid dreaming while reflecting on how your relationship to dreams has evolved. Together, we’ll honor what’s been cultivated and explore ways to carry this practice forward.
