Have you ever thought there must be more to my Dreams?

Dreamwork has been a sacred practice across cultures and centuries, offering insight, healing, and guidance from the unconscious. In this free, community-based series, we’ll gather to explore the wisdom of dreams together—learning practical techniques, sharing reflections, and deepening our relationship with the dream world.

Each session opens with a brief teaching, weaving together dream techniques, historical context, and reflections from previous weeks. From there, we’ll move into a supportive community space to explore, interpret, and discuss your dreams (sharing is always optional). We’ll close by introducing a new approach or tool you can begin working with right away, helping you build an ongoing, personal dream practice between sessions.

Whether you’re new to dreamwork or returning to it, this circle is an invitation to listen more closely to your inner wisdom—held, witnessed, and explored in community.
