Now are we one with Him Who is our Source. [W-p1.164.4.1]
Gathas are short phrases popularized by Thich Nhat Hanh. These phrases remind us to return to the present moment. Like Lesson 164, they ask us to recognize that the present moment is the only moment that is. Our point of power. Because where we direct our focus and attention is what we choose to attract.
And what we look for in our lives.
A few of my favorite gathas from Hanh are:
Present moment. Precious moment.
Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully in each moment and to look at beings with eyes of compassion.
They are meant to return us to this moment. To honor where we are. ACIM calls this the holy instant. The magical place where we are in perfect union and communication with our Source. Here, Lesson 164 guarantees is our treasure. In THIS moment is our rest.
It is a silence on which the world cannot intrude. An ancient peace which lives in our hearts and can never be lost. A sense of holiness where any thought of sin has never touched.
Today ACIM asks that we let go of grievances in exchange for faith. Faith that there is more to the world than misery or suffering. There is truth in seeing with the vision of Source. Today step back and allow this one-ness to fill your heart. In this very instant.
Namaste

The self-love journey post felt honest and emotional because building confidence takes time and patience. I remember a similar phase where I needed python assignment help while trying to manage both personal and academic pressure. It shows how self-care and support matter during challenging times. It showed me how self care matters. It helped me understand large projects better. Nice post . Your post make me smile.
The message about working from your inner power felt calming and reflective because mindset affects daily choices so much. I once struggled with motivation during studies and used Math Assignment Help while trying to improve my focus and routine. The article reminds readers that confidence often grows from small personal changes. It showed me how self care matters. It helped me understand large projects better. Nice post . Your post make me smile.
I like this post because it shares a calm reminder about being present and focusing on inner peace instead of stress, which feels very grounding and thoughtful. The idea of letting go and trusting a higher perspective really stands out. I remember during a difficult semester I felt mentally overloaded, so I used SPSS Assignment Help in UK to manage my workload while trying to stay emotionally balanced. It made me realize how important it is to slow down and refocus your mind.
