For the unfamiliar, ACIM understands that the material can be a little dense. That the concepts are juicy. That there is a lot to take in. So it gives us a chance to Review the lessons every so often. To reabsorb the wisdom. Jam session Review III gives us only two ideas per day to review.

It asks us to sit back, trust our internal wisdom, and absorb what comes to us to see how the lessons apply. Practical-like. As often as you can. Try the first and last 5 minutes of the day.

Reapply when life gets messy.

These reviews remind us that Source is with us throughout the day. That all moments are holy. What we label as bad AND good. They have nothing on our badd-aXX selves. ACIM promises the rewards are limitless peace and joy. Not a bad haul. Music to our ears!
