My body is a wholly neutral thing.
What are you? Imelda Octavia Shanklin asks.
An office worker. A retiree. A librarian you might answer.
Nope, not who, WHAT says Shanklin. In the misinterpretation, she posits, we make the impersonal personal.
And so it is.
By identifying with our bodies. By seeing ourselves as the product of what we do rather than who we are. We see ourselves as corporeal. As finite. As vulnerable.
But when we see our bodies as a vehicle for the Soul. As a partner in our Soul’s Divine plan for our lives. A gift in cooperative service. Rather than an enemy. Rather than a label. We can find the infinite in us that lies below the surface.
You are timeless LightWorker. Remember this in love today.
